We thank you for visiting our QueenBridal website ("Site"). Your terms of use and purchase of gowns, accessories and other items (“Products”) shall be governed by our terms of use. Your use of our Site constitutes your agreement (“Agreement”) to these terms:-
1. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges for any Products purchased are permitted. Please read all descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. The terms of use may be amended, varied or revised from time to time without prior notice and your continuing use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound.
3. We reserve the right to decline any order you may place with us over the Site. As all Products are on an ‘as available’ basis, we reserve the right to limit or decline an order from you.
4. All trademarks, product, merchandise design rights or any other intellectual property rights inherent in the Products as shown on the Site belong exclusively to the respective brand owners and are used by QueenBridal solely for description of the Products featured on the Site. QueenBridal is not an authorised distributor, retailer or re-seller of the brands mentioned or referred to on the Site, nor is QueenBridal endorsed by or otherwise associated with any of the brand owners in any manner whatsoever. All other rights reserved.

Except for the intellectual property rights belonging to their respective brand owners as stated in clause 4 above, all other original information, data, images, photographs and other materials which appear on the Site ("Contents") are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed for use to QueenBridal. The Contents and the Site as a whole are for personal use only. If you download or copy the Contents, they shall be for your personal use only without any transfer of any right, title or interest in the materials downloaded. IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED AT LAW, SHALL QueenBridal NOR ANY OF ITS SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, PARTNERS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, ADDITIONAL COSTS OR DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOST DATA OR COST OF SERVICING OR REPAIR OF COMPUTER OR OTHER EQUIPMENT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES, HOWSOEVER ARISING OR SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF ANY USE (OR INABILITY TO USE) OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, SERVICES, THIRD PARTY LINKS OR PRODUCTS INTRODUCED OR DESCRIBED HEREIN.
